O'Hearn Repeats in Sportsman Modifieds, Pike Tops Super Streets,Donnelly Victorious in Sprint Cars of New England

Derek O'Hearn took full advantage of his front row starting spot in the Peanut's Auto Sportsman Modified Feature to record his second win of the season. O'Hearn had to fend off the early charges of Jason Sanville, but by lap five Ryan Avery made his way into second and set his sights on O'Hearn. O'Hearn was able to maintain the top spot for duration of the feature to take the win with Ryan Avery finishing a strong second and Louie Cadwell completing the top three with Jason Sanville fourth and Todd Buckwold fifth.

The Petro Mart of Enfield Super Streets saw Matt Pike take the lead at the drop of the Green flag from his outside pole position. Pike was able to maintain the lead through two cautions and multiple challenges from Bob Crawford to cross the finish line first to secure the Victory with Crawford claiming second and pole sitter Scott Heath finishing third. Doug Boucher and Cassie Ottati completed the top five.

Mike Lique continued the trend of the night by leading every lap of the Enfield Garage Outlaw Mini Stock Feature. While Lique led every lap the battle for second was at times intense with Arraon Bunker holding off multiple challengers until late in the event when Matt Boucher took over the position with two laps to go. At the finish it was Mike Lique taking the win with Matt Boucher second, Aaron Bunker third, Jack Cook fourth and Jonathan Baker completing the top five.

The Sprint Cars of New England were in town and put on a fine show. Luke Greenwood blasted into the lead at the drop of the green with Chris Donnelly settling into second on the fourth lap. Greenwood led through lap 22, when on a restart Donnelly was able to secure the lead and pull away to the win in the 30 lap feature. Kevin Chaffee claimed second at the checkers with pole sitter Jake Williams third.

The O'Reilly Auto Parts Twilight Racing Challenge Series continues this Friday night at 7:00PM with the Granite State Mini Sprints as the added attraction this week.
