We're changing things up this year as far as handicapping and line-ups go. We think this decision will help promote a more fair and competitive racing environment. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns!
We will be doing a draw for heats. If there are 1-9 cars, we'll have one heat. The top 6 will qualify. If there are 10-20 cars, there will be two heats and 6 from each will qualify. If 20 or more cars, there will be 3 heats and the top 4 from each will qualify. All cars start by position drawn.
* All cars will make it into the feature. The top 12 qualified cars are subject to the draw for heads-up vs inversion.
Line-up will be based on heat finish. A fan will choose a chip at the conclusion of the heats to determine heads-up start or inversion. The 12 qualified cars will start heads-up or inverted based on the draw with the exception of the previous week's race winner. Previous week's winner starts no better than 12th. Remaining cars will start in order of heat finish. Competitors not present the previous week will start no better than 13th.
You must drive the car you qualified in the heat. Driver or car changes will start last.
